Trader Joe's Debuts Vegan Rainbow Wrap

The colorful pre-made meal joins a growing list of vegan products now available at the popular grocery store.

Grocery chain Trader Joe’s recently launched a vegan pre-made meal in celebration of Pride Month. The Rainbow Wrap ($4.49), spotted in stores by Instagrammer @traderjoesvegan, features roasted sweet potatoes, curried hummus, beets, and spinach wrapped in a pink-hued flour tortilla. The wrap joins a number of new plant-based items available at Trader Joe’s, including almond milk-based beverages in two flavors: Matcha Almond Beverage and Blueberry Lavender Flavored Almond Beverage. Later this month, Trader Joe’s will begin stocking California-based brand Miyoko’s Kitchen cashew-based cream cheese in Un-Lox Your Dreams flavor (made to mimic lox spread) at its West Coast locations.
