Chloe Coscarelli to Debut New Vegan Cookbook

The famed vegan chef is back with new recipes and support from the Food Network.

Famed vegan chef Chloe Coscarelli will debut a new cookbook, Chloe Flavor: Saucy, Crispy, Spicy, Vegan, in March 2018. The book’s forward will be written by celebrity chef Michael Symon—a Food Network Iron Chef—and his wife, Liz. The 288-page book is available on Amazon.com for pre-order, and will feature easy-to-make recipes such as Maple Bacon Benedict, Hawaiian Teriyaki-Pineapple Burger, and Cajun Jambalaya with Scallion Biscuits. To date, Coscarelli has made numerous appearances on New York’s The Today Show, published three best-selling cookbooks—including Chloe’s Vegan Italian Kitchen, Chloe’s Kitchen, and Chloe’s Vegan Desserts—and was the first vegan contestant to win Food Network’s Cupcake Wars in 2012.
