Vegan Unicorn Snot Lipgloss Is Real

The new smooth, glittery gloss comes in five colors, smells like cotton-candy, and does not harm animals —"magical or not."

Brooklyn-based design brand FCTRY recently launched a new line of vegan unicorn snot lipgloss. The cotton candy-scented, glitter-enhanced gloss comes in five rainbow colors including pink, silver, purple, gold, and blue. “No animals, magical or not, were harmed in the making of this product,” FCTRY assures on its site. The creative company also makes vegan unicorn snot glitter gels (for use on the body, hair, and face), action figures of politicians (including Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump, Bernie Sanders, and Barack Obama), and baby products (such as a pacifier adorned with a mustache). Vegan companies are leading the way in creating new trends within the beauty industry, as evidenced by Lime Crime’s recent launch of a unicorn hair dye, Lisa Frank’s upcoming unicorn makeup collection, and Storybook Cosmetic’s popular Harry Potter-themed brushes.
