Miley Cyrus Proudly Flaunts New Vegan Tattoo

The pop singer added The Vegan Society's logo to her inner arm as a statement that she has gone vegan for life.

Singer/vegan activist Miley Cyrus unveiled her newest tattoo via Instagram on Sunday. The 24-year-old added United Kingdom-based vegan organization The Vegan Society’s sunflower logo to her upper inner arm and announced the new artwork with the statement, “Vegan for life!” Cyrus has more than 30 tattoos, some of which are dedicated to animals—including a portrait of her beloved dog, Emu. Cyrus announced to Paste Magazine that she had adopted a vegan lifestyle in 2014 after witnessing her dog being attacked by a coyote. Since then, the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals named star 2015’s Sexiest Vegan—a title held in 2016 by Cyrus’ on-again off-again love interest, Liam Hemsworth. Last month, Cyrus hosted a highly publicized vegan barbeque to kick off iHeartRadio’s Summer ‘17 weekend in Miami.
