Vegan Coconut-Lime Smoothie {Recipe}

Our new favorite drink will have you wishing it was summer forever.

It’s never too late to enjoy summer. Except when it’s fall, of course. So, for those looking to keep the good times and good vibes going all year, we’re presenting a coconut-lime smoothie created by Sepsenahki Aahkhu (aka, “Chef Ahki”). Smooth, cool, refreshing, and packed full of antioxidants and nutrients, this beverage is a great way to start your day … even after you’ve dusted off your favorite fall coat.

Serves 1

What You Need:
½ avocado
Juice of 1 lime
3 dates
1 cup coconut water
6 ice cubes

What You Do:
In a blender, mix all ingredients. Serve cold.
