Blueberry Lavender Popsicles

This incredible fusion of flavor makes for a refreshing treat on a hot afternoon.

Get nostalgic by serving homemade popsicles as you dip your feet in the backyard kiddie pool. We suggest making a songs-of-summer playlist to help chill out.

Makes 10 large popsicles

What You Need:

1 tablespoon dried lavender flowers
1 cup lemon juice
½ cup agave nectar or maple syrup
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

What You Do

  1. In a large bowl, combine the lavender with 1½ cups of boiling water. Allow to steep for 10 minutes. Strain out the lavender.
  2. Add the lemon juice, sweetener, and blueberries to the lavender-infused water.
  3. Pour into popsicle molds. Freeze until solid, at least two to three hours.
