Vegan Narwhal Ice Cream Debuts for Summer

Ottawa, Canada-based ice cream shop Little Jo Berry’s recently debuted a unique vegan soft-serve. The narwhal ice cream—created to honor the horned whale, often referred to as the “unicorn of the sea”—is made with local brand Oat and Mill oat-based vegan cream, is light blue in color, and comes in Earl Grey Cookie flavor, and is topped with cookie crumbles and decorated with a spiral horn and eyes. The narwhal is not the only animal honored at Little Jo Berry’s. Last year, the shop created on-trend unicorn ice cream and currently serves a unicorn wedge cake, along with many non-animal themed vegan pastries.
