Homemade Vegan Parmesan

This delicious topping makes a feast out of pasta, rice, steamed veggies, green salad—anything!

What You Need:

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/3 teaspoon garlic granules or powder
  • 1/3 teaspoon vegetable seasoning salt, such as Spike or Vegesal

What You Do:

Blend in food processor fitted with metal blade, until it reaches crumbly consistency. Enjoy!
