PCRM’s 21-Day Vegan Kickstart program encouraging healthier living a vegan diet begins today.

Today, Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) is celebrating the launch of its March 21-Day Vegan Kickstart. The program includes nutrition webcasts, a vegan restaurant guide, recipes, meal plans, and celebrity diet tips from Crazy Sexy Life's Kris Carr. The Kickstart program was developed last year to show how easy and accessible vegan living is, especially within 21 days—a feat that even Oprah herself accomplished. Over the course of the program, participants are sent supporitive emails with recipes and tips. PCRM's program begins today, so sign up now.
