Grilled "Cheese" Sandwich

A childhood favorite, enjoy this cruelty-free comfort food when you’re in the mood for a nostalgic treat.

What You Need:

  • 2 slices dairy-free "America cheese"
  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • Prepared mustard to taste
  • Sliced tomato

What You Do:

  1. Spread mustard on both slices of bread. Toast the mustard-covered bread very lightly. Place one slice of "cheese" on each piece of bread and top with a slice of tomato. Toast the bread again in a toaster oven. Eat open face, or combine the two halves for an old fashioned grilled cheese sandwich.
