Potato Salad

The ideal accompaniment to barbecues, pot lucks, summer feasts, or any other time you’d like. Mustard gives a tangy base while carrots and celery add texture.

What You Need:

  • 4 large or 20 small potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons capers, with liquid from jar
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 carrots, sliced in half and then into half circles
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard (optional)

What You Do:

  1. Steam potatoes for about 10 minutes. Mix steamed potatoes and all other ingredients.
