Janet Jackson discusses eating vegan on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno.

When appearing on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno, Janet Jackson spoke about her current commitment to a plant-based diet, and she told Jay Leno that while traveling in cities such as Chicago and New York City, she prefers to eat vegan food. Jackson mentioned the vegan Chicken Parmesan at the Red Bamboo vegetarian restaurant in New York City as a favorite dish, and insisted to Leno that it tastes just like its non-vegan counterpart. Jackson also said that she was vegetarian as a child, and, though she has gone back and forth between vegetarianism and pescatarianism over the years, now eats a mostly plant-based diet.
