Coconut-Lime Mimosas

Coconut water and fresh lime juice add a tropical flair to this classic champagne cocktail.

Surprise brunch guests with this summertime twist on the traditional combination of champagne and orange juice.

Makes 4 to 6 cocktails

What You Need:

4 cups coconut water
1 cup fresh lime juice
1 bottle champagne, chilled

What You Do:

In a pitcher, combine coconut water and lime juice to desired tartness. Add champagne in a ratio of 2 to 1, mix gently, and pour into champagne flutes to serve.
