This Week's Must-Have

Vegan Caviar

The taste of luxury is now cruelty-free with Caviart, a vegan-friendly, seaweed-based delicacy.

Whilst relaxing on a chaise with a glass of Veuve Clicquot, one is wont to have an accompanying snack of equal refinement. As a vegan, foie gras is off-limits (and quite reprehensible), but caviar is no longer just a fish phenomenon. Top your cashew-cheese crostini with a sprinkle of Caviart. This seaweed-based substitute looks just like the real thing and even has the taste of the ocean, but not from our finned friends. Serve it on canapés at your next dinner party, as a snack with tofu cream cheese on toast, or in veggie sushi. Because the good life shouldn’t condone cruelty, and the cruelty-free life should be good!
