Vegan Weddings 2012 (Mae Stier & Bryan Laubhan)

Meet Mae and Bryan, one of 2012’s eight fabulous wedding couples.

Mae Stier & Bryan Laubhan
Grand Rapids, MI

Guests: 165
Location: The Lodge at Johnson Park
Date: September 24, 2011
Cost: $16,000

Their story: Love was in the air on the Frisbee golf course at Grand Valley State University one August afternoon when Mae and Bryan met. After being introduced by a mutual friend (who just happened to be Bryan’s roommate) and throwing the Frisbee around, the group headed to Bryan’s abode for a vegan Mexican casserole. But Mae and Bryan’s time together didn’t end there: the couple was “basically inseparable” from that moment on. Which only proves one thing: the way to a vegan’s heart really is through their stomach.
