Fran Drescher Adopts Gluten-Free Vegan Diet

The longtime actress cut animal products out of her diet and is reaping the numerous health benefits.

Actress Fran Drescher has made drastic changes to her diet, forgoing all animal-based products and gluten after feeling continual fatigue. On September 13, Drescher appeared on The Wendy Williams Show, showing off her new and improved plant-powered body. “It was tough going, I wasn’t able to knock off that kind of weight in years. I just decided, I’m gonna switch up my act, eat differently, clean up my act,” Drescher says of her decision to drop meat and dairy. After revamping her diet and lifestyle as well as cutting out alcohol, Dresher says that she has received numerous compliments on her complexion.
