Although we wish that the morning greeted us with freshly flipped pancakes, mountains of truffled tofu scramble, and artisanal vegan croissants, we oft turn to meal bars to fill us up right when time is short. Sure, maybe a caramel-glazed cinnamon roll would be ideal, but sometimes a hearty, nutritious little replacement gets us through the day right. Which is why we love Pro Bar’s new flavors, which allow us to guiltlessly indulge in Cookie Dough, Brownie Crisp, or Oatmeal Raisin before lunch without feeling like dessert-obsessed freaks. They’re the next best thing to licking the batter right out of the bowl (and a superb way to get some valued vegan protein).
