Serves 6

What You Need:
1/4 cup olive oil
1 medium yellow onion, minced
5 garlic cloves, minced

2 15-ounce cans tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup red wine
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
1/2 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley
