Green Goo-acamole

A splash of jalapeño-flavored vodka takes this dip from classic to downright dangerous(ly yummy).

Serves 6

What You Need:

3 ripe avocados, halved and pits removed
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 small red onion, finely diced
2 jalapeños, stemmed, seeded, and finely diced
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
3 tablespoons jalapeño-flavored vodka

What You Do:

Into a large, bowl, add avocado flesh and mash with a fork until chunky. Add remaining ingredients, then mix well.
