This Week's Must-Have

Vegan Hot Fudge

Temperatures are still down, but that’s no reason to skip sundaes.

Statistically, most people give up on their New Year’s resolutions within the first two weeks of January, and we’d like to officially welcome all renegers back to reality. Unless, like some sort of inspired genius, your resolution was to eat more hot fudge, in which case, keep on keeping on! Coop’s MicroCreamery Hot Fudge is our ice-cream topper of choice these days. It’s rich, indulgent, and really takes the edge off a cold night—it is hot fudge, after all. Equally good on toast, fruit, or simply eaten by the spoonful, this decadent treat has inspired a new motto: “Go fudge yourself.”
