Chef Chloe Coscarelli Featured on the Today Show

Vegan chef Chloe Coscarelli debuts three decadent chocolate desserts on the Today show.

The Today show recently featured vegan bloggers Annie and Dan Shannon, and earlier this week, Al Roker and fellow chef Sunny Anderson helped Chloe Coscarelli bake Beach Cookies with shredded coconut and chocolate chips and Cookie Dough Truffles from her new cookbook Chloe’s Vegan Desserts. Coscarelli assured Roker that her delicious desserts, free of dairy and eggs, were not only fun to make, but would not have anyone missing the butter. After sampling the bite-sized cookie bars, cookie dough rolled in semi-sweet chocolate, and Coscarelli’s powdered sugar-covered Snowball Cookies, both Roker and Anderson agreed cruelty-free, healthy desserts can also be tasty.
