Raw Chef to Emcee Third Annual NYC Veg Festival

Raw food vegan and motivational speaker Kristina Carrillo-Bucaram will emcee NYC’s Vegetarian Food Festival.

Kristina Carrillo-Bucaram, founder of Rawfully Organic Co-Op and FullyRaw, will be the master of ceremonies at the third annual Vegetarian Food Festival held in NYC’s Chelsea neighborhood. The festival is expected to draw a crowd of more than 6,000 and will offer meat-free fare, cooking workshops, and educational talks on nutrition and living well. Carrillo-Bucaram’s recipes have been featured on Ellen DeGeneres’s blog, and she recently appeared on CNN en Español to discuss the benefits of plant-based living. Carrillo-Bucaram has more than 2 million views on her food-focused YouTube channels: FullyRaw Kristina and Rawfully Organic. The festival will take place the first weekend of March.
