Vegan Breakfast Featured on CBS 2 NY Morning Show

Julianne Hall of Blossom Du Jour whipped up soy bacon and hotcakes on CBS 2’s 2 In The Kitchen segment.

In a recent 2 In The Kitchen segment, Blossom Du Jour’s Julianne Hall dazzled hosts with a delicious, plant-based breakfast. Soy bacon and peanut butter-drizzled pancakes from the vegan restaurant’s menu impressed the morning show anchors who were surprised to hear the decadent dish was free of meat, eggs, and dairy. She also discussed benefits of a vegan diet, mentioning that the food she prepared was free of cholesterol, animal fats, and trans-fat. Hall went on to say that 75 percent of Blossom Du Jour’s customers are not vegan but still enjoy the cruelty-free fare. The restaurant will open a new flagship location later next month.
