Paste Features Eight Veg Artists’ Favorite Recipes

Art and culture magazine Paste asks eight notable vegan actors and musicians about their go-to cruelty-free dishes.

The innumerable health benefits and ethical implications of veganism have made it increasingly popular in the mainstream, and a great indicator of a plant-based diet’s cultural relevancy is the growing number of popular creators and innovators who subscribe to it. Paste magazine recently featured the favorite recipes of eight vegan artists including Hollywood starlets Alicia Silverstone and Kristen Bell, indie rock icon Dave Davison of Maps and Atlases, and Grammy-winning songstress Chrisette Michele. The artists’ beloved dishes ranged from delectable desserts to healthful and hearty meals, including Mac and Vegan Cheese Casserole, Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups, and Braised Fennel and White Beans.
