Earth Balance’s 3rd Annual Vegan Recipe Contest

Earth Balance and its online forum Made Just Right host an annual Spring to Life recipe contest.

For the third year, natural foods company Earth Balance, along with the online community Made Just Right, are asking for plant-based submissions to its Spring to Life recipe contest. Cooks across the country can send in their recipes featuring at least one Earth Balance product for a chance to win an all-inclusive dream vacation to a vegan paradise: Portland, OR. The prize includes $1,000 spending money, two nights stay at a green hotel, and gift cards to various vegan vendors such as Herbivore Clothing Company. The contest is open until May 12, and there are four categories: appetizers and side dishes, beverages, entrées, and desserts.
