Vegan Pop-Up Restaurant Coming to New York City

Young’s New American puts a compassionate and healthy twist on traditional American food.

Young’s New American is a New York City vegan food start-up with plans to reinvent classic American dishes such as barbecue, cornbread, and cheesecake without meat and dairy. With a vegan, gluten-free menu and plenty of raw offerings, the culinary team behind Young’s will be setting up pop-up dinners all over New York City this summer. According to Young’s, its aim is to “revive one of the most underappreciated and stigmatized culinary categories of all––vegan cuisine.” Business partners Jessica Young and Alexander Meyers both trained at the French Culinary Institute and will focus on local produce and ingredients.
