Recently, de Rossi shared the recipe for DeGeneres’ favorite dish, Vegan Red Beans and Rice, with Parade. The recipe was created by Vegan Cooking for Carnivores author Roberto Martin, and calls for Better Than Bouillon vegetable broth, basmati rice, organic kidney beans, and grape seed or safflower oil. According to the Arrested Development star, she and DeGeneres like to do their cooking during weekend getaways to their farm.
