Jenna Dewan-Tatum Credits Weightloss to Veganism

The model, actress, and dancer says that being a vegan helped her shed the baby weight and get back to filming.

During an interview last week on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show, Jenna Dewan-Tatum credited a healthful plant-based diet for getting her back in shooting shape after she gave birth to her daughter Everly four months ago. “I ate really well and I’m vegan,” she said. “I breastfeed, so everyday I got more and more back to my pre-baby shape, but knowing I was going to be filming in six weeks was a nice little reminder.” Tatum is a staunch animal-welfare proponent and has modeled in an anti-exotic animal skin photoshoot for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, and earlier this year she joined countless others in urging the Riverside County, CA District Attorney to file chargers against Global Captive Breeders for the neglect and abuse of animals.
