Frozen Yogurt Chain Adds Vegan Soy-Based Option

East Coast frozen yogurt chain, 16 Handles, has added a vanilla soy-based frozen yogurt to its menu. Called Yo Soy Vanilla, the flavor is available at all 44 locations in New York, New Jersey, Florida, and Connecticut. The launch comes on the heels of frozen yogurt chains TCBY and Tutti Frutti introducing dairy-free flavors of their own made with almond milk or soymilk. California-based Pressed Juicery also announced recently that it would be rolling out a vegan soft-serve at its nearly 20 locations.
