New York City Plays Host to 3rd Annual Vegan Festival

The all-vegan event to feature renowned speakers, chefs, fitness camps, and a marketplace.

On August 9 and 10, New York City plays host to the all-vegan festival, The Seed. Attendees will be able enjoy food from New York’s top vegan restaurants, take cooking classes with renowned chefs, hear from prominent speakers and athletes, participate in fitness classes, and shop at a cruelty-free marketplace. Held at 82Mercer in SOHO, speakers include author Will Tuttle, ultramarathoner Scott Jurek, Farm Sanctuary co-founder Gene Baur, pastry chef Fran Costigan, and Vegan Iron Chef winner Jay Astafa. A VIP reception benefitting Farm Sanctuary will be held Saturday night with cocktails, presenters, and a charity auction.
