ASICS Launches Vegan Running Shoe for 2015

The Gel-Lyte V is the latest cruelty-free shoe offered by the manufacturer.

Popular athletic shoe company, ASICS, has introduced a new vegan running shoe as part of its winter 2015 collection. Made with faux leather and suede—plus eco-friendly mesh and rubber—the Gel-Lyte V is the latest cruelty-free shoe to be offered by the manufacturer. The shoes are available now in stores and online throughout the United States, and come in navy blue/burgundy and black/tan. The company has long marked any vegan shoe with an "N" in the product code.
