People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) released a list of “top-five star-studded vegan restaurants” and, surprisingly, none are located in Los Angeles or New York City. For optimal stargazing, head to PETA’s first place pick, Sublime Restaurant and Bar in Fort Lauderdale, FL, where Alicia Silverstone, Paul McCartney, Pamela Anderson, and Joan Jett are just a few A-Listers you might spot while dining on mushroom ravioli and a cashew cheese plate. Phoenix, AZ’s Green New American Vegetarian, Woodlands Vegan Bistro in Washington, DC, The Chicago Diner, and Seattle’s Plum Bistro round out the list. “These restaurants are the place for health-conscious and animal-friendly celebrities who crave vegan foods,” PETA President Ingrid Newkirk said.
