Canadian-based vegan accessories brand Matt & Nat has launched its first-ever vegan shoe line. The company is known for its chic handbags made from recycled bottles, and the new shoe collection takes a similar approach thanks to six shoe styles in several colors that complement their iconic handbags. The collection features strappy sandals, casual oxfords, and chunky platform sneakers in both high and low top styles. The fashion industry continues to be influenced by vegan values with 86 percent of London Fashion Week designers eschewing fur, Stella McCartney’s plans for a vegan menswear line, and vegan brands such as Vaute Couture hitting New York runways.
