Seventh by CHLOE Restaurant Announced for 2017

A week before the opening of her second outpost inside Los Angeles’ new 365 by Whole Foods grocery store, chef Chloe Coscarelli has announced plans for a seventh by CHLOE project, slated to open in New York’s Seaport District in 2017. The new fast-casual eatery will feature the same critically acclaimed menu of wholesome, veganized comfort food—including guacamole burgers, shiitake bacon-topped macaroni and cheese, and quinoa taco salads—and will be the fifth New York location for Coscarelli and partner Samantha Wasser (following sites in the West Village, the Flatiron District, SoHo, and a bakery next to the flagship restaurant). The one-year-old, all-vegan brand has taken the nation by storm, garnering praise from celebrity chefs, daytime TV personalities, and restaurant critics. The Seaport venture will join the ranks of other planned plant-based eateries from culinary giants such as Momofoku’s David Chang and Jean-George Vongerichten.
