Trader Joe’s Vegan Marshmallows

We always have our eyes firmly planted on the new-release section at Trader Joe’s, so you can imagine our excitement when a bag of big, fluffy vegan marshmallows showed up on store shelves this month. Our minds began to race about creating the perfect gooey campfire s’more with slabs of melted chocolate, crunchy vegan graham crackers, and, of course, a vegan marshmallow to seal the deal. Now excuse us while we find the perfect stick on which to toast these puffy pieces of paradise.
