New by CHLOE to Open in Brooklyn

In a post on Instagram today, popular vegan restaurant by CHLOE’s co-founder Samantha Wasser announced “Oy vey, we’re coming to Brooklyn” with a photo of a new by CHLOE storefront in the Williamsburg neighborhood. The storefront is adorned with messages such as “Don’t be a mensch … come try our brunch!” and “Vegan! Plant-based! Kosher!” Brooklynites can expect a selection of plant-based casual fare including burgers, air-baked fries, ice cream, baked goods, and creative drinks. The by CHLOE restaurant chain—backed by prominent restaurant group Esquared Hospitality—now includes two restaurants in Manhattan (West Village and Flatiron) with a Sweets by CHLOE shop that recently opened adjacent to the flagship West Village location, an in-store by CHLOE at a Los Angeles Whole Foods Market, and another SoHo location planned for New York plus two Boston locations (Fenway and Seaport) in the works. In addition to expanding her restaurant empire, by CHLOE co-founder and chef Chloe Coscarelli makes regular appearances on the Today Show where she heads plant-based cooking segments.
