Back at it again with comfort food, served with a non alcoholic ale from @brewdogofficial ✌🏽️recipe for my nacho 'cheese' sauce below. Inspiration for this picture is from the god father of flat lay food photography @dennistheprescott 🙌🏽 Recipe for cheese sauce; 1 cup of soaked cashews 1 cup of Almond milk 1 tsp of mustard powder 1/2 cup of nutritional yeast Tbs of lemon juice 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika @lachinatasmokedpaprika Salt & Pepper to taste. Combine above ingredients in a blender (@ninjakitchenuk nutrininja) and blitz until smooth. Perfect for any party or game night.🏈🏈🎉💚________________________________________________________ Vegan Buffalo Chicken Dip - Serves 6 to 8 8 ounces room temperature vegan cream cheese ½ cup vegan ranch dressing ½ cup buffalo sauce 1 cup chopped meatless chicken strips 1 ½ cups shredded vegan cheddar and dairy-free mozzarella cheese blend Blend vegan cream cheese, vegan ranch dressing and buffalo sauce in a food processor. Scrape into a bowl, and stir in the meatless chicken and most of the shredded vegan cheese. Sprinkle any remaining cheese on top. Bake at 400 degrees until bubbly. Grease a baking sheet. In a medium bowl, mash beans completely. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Taste, then add a little more sweetener if needed. Roll into balls. Break off a piece of the cheese and push it into the middle before sealing the ball back up. Place the balls onto the baking tray. Cook 30 minutes.
