Yet another new flavor of vegan Ben & Jerry’s ice cream has surfaced, making it the third the iconic brand has released this month. Non-dairy Caramel Almond Brittle—featuring almond flavored ice cream, swirls of salted caramel, and pieces of almond brittle—joins the two new flavors launched earlier this week: Cherry Garcia and Coconut Seven Layer Bar, and was first spotted by Rancho Cucamonga, CA resident Katie Bee at a local Albertsons grocery store. Ben & Jerry’s first debuted its almond milk-based line to much acclaim last February—with these new additions bringing their non-dairy lineup to a total of seven. This week has been a wild one for vegan ice cream lovers, with iconic brand Breyers releasing its own vegan Oreo Cookies & Cream flavor, and vegan company NadaMoo! expanding their product line—with two new flavors, Birthday Cake Cookie Dough and The Rockiest Road.
