Black Bean Dip

When you’re tired of hummus, it’s nice to make dips from different beans. When served with baby carrots and radicchio for dipping, the contrast of black beans and colorful veggies is attractive. Leftover dip is great rolled up on a tortilla with a little salsa, green onion, avocado and a dash of cumin.
