Makes 4 servings

What you need:


  • 2 fresh, ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup fresh or canned coconut milk
  • Juice of one lime
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil (optional)

What you do:


  1. In a blender, blend all ingredients well, and serve in a tall glass.
