 Brazilian Chocolate Shake


Sure, the standby banana-and-almond-milk smoothie never lets you down, but sometimes it's fun to mix things up. This rich, nutty shake from raw-food wunderkind Ani Phyo is perfect after your morning workout, but we won't dock you any points for enjoying it after your mid-afternoon nap.

Serves 1

What You Need:

1/4 cup Brazil nuts
2 Medjool dates, pitted, or 1 tablespoon agave nectar
1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs or powder
1 cup filtered water

What You Do:

In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.
