Banana Fruit Smoothie
Get a boost with this delicious smoothie.

Serves 1
- Pour all ingredients into a blender
- For a sweeter smoothie without the fruit juice, be sure to use ripe fruit
- Add tahini or nut butter only if you need more calories in your diet (for example, if you’re on a raw diet). Add flax oil for additional calories, as well as the Omega benefits.
- For extra sweetness, add dates and/or raisins.

What you need:
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 1 ripe pear, peach, apple, nectarine, or 10 strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup fruit juice
- 1 teaspoon flax oil (optional)
- 3 tablespoons tahini or nut butter (optional)
- 4 dates, pitted (optional)
- Handful of raisins (optional)
