What you need:
- 2 slices dairy-free “America cheese”
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- Prepared mustard to taste
- Sliced tomato
What you do:
- Spread mustard on both slices of bread. Toast the mustard-covered bread very lightly. Place one slice of “cheese” on each piece of bread and top with a slice of tomato. Toast the bread again in a toaster oven. Eat open face, or combine the two halves for an old fashioned grilled cheese sandwich.
