Strawberry Shake

Whip up this diner classic when you’re craving some nostalgia.

Makes 4 servings

What you need:


  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups soymilk or nut milk
  • 1/2 cup powdered soymilk
  • 1 cup crushed ice (if using fresh fruit)

What you do:


  1. Blend all ingredients well. Garnish with a fresh strawberry or mint leaf, and have a flavorful good time!
