Their story: Love was in the air on the Frisbee golf course at Grand Valley State University one August afternoon when Mae and Bryan met. After being introduced by a mutual friend (who just happened to be Bryan’s roommate) and throwing the Frisbee around, the group headed to Bryan’s abode for a vegan Mexican casserole. But Mae and Bryan’s time together didn’t end there: the couple was “basically inseparable” from that moment on. Which only proves one thing: the way to a vegan’s heart really is through their stomach.
