Suzy Amis-Cameron—wife of Hollywood director James Cameron—has announced that she will develop a line of eco friendly, vegan clothing and shoes. Partnering with companies such as England’s Beyond Skin, Amis-Cameron hopes to make sustainable fashion affordable and will be giving proceeds to the environmentally-focused school she co-founded in Los Angeles, MUSE. According to Ecorazzi, Cameron says “we are looking at creating a line of clothes that is sustainable and that is in a price range for people to be able to afford because it’s so difficult to find them … People get paralyzed. They think it might be too expensive or that it’s going to take too much effort.” The Camerons went vegan in 2012 after watching the film, Forks Over Knives, and have plans to open a vegan restaurant in New Zealand as well as expand the all-vegan MUSE School.
