Southern California-based Veggie Grill—an all-vegan restaurant chain with locations in Oregon, Washington, and California—opened its 26th eatery this past weekend in Corte Madera, CA. The San Francisco Bay Area location is the third in the region (joining San Jose and Mountain View), and will be serving up soups, salads, burgers, sandwiches, and desserts to restaurant patrons—the vast majority of whom are not vegetarian. Best-selling menu items include the Santa Fe Crispy Chickin’ sandwich, the All Hail Kale salad, and the Buffalo Wings, and two more Northern California locations are slated to open this year in Saratoga and Walnut Creek.
