Cilantro Chutney
This delicious chutney can be used instead of mayonnaise in a sandwich.
Makes 1 cup
What You Need:
- 2 bunches cilantro
- 4 to 5 green chilies (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon coconut
- 1 tablespoon green bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt to taste
What You Do:
- Wash and chop cilantro. Place all ingredients in a blender and add warm water to make a smoothie-like consistency.
