Cilantro Chutney

This delicious chutney can be used instead of mayonnaise in a sandwich.

Makes 1 cup

What You Need:

  • 2 bunches cilantro
  • 4 to 5 green chilies (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut 
  • 1 tablespoon green bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt to taste

What You Do:

  1. Wash and chop cilantro. Place all ingredients in a blender and add warm water to make a smoothie-like consistency.
