New Vegan Web Series Launches Kickstarter Campaign

Eatin’ Vegan hopes to raise enough money to cover initial production costs and move toward a sustainable business model.

The Connecticut-based team behind Eatin’ Vegan, an upcoming web series, is turning to community-fundraising platform Kickstarter to raise money for production and start-up costs. Host Jaclyn Rosenlund first adopted a plant-based diet at the age of 19 after being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. In an effort to share the positive impact veganism has had on her health and well-being, Rosenlund is hoping to help viewers develop better eating habits by presenting her favorite plant-based recipes. The team hopes to raise $35,000 by July 14, the bulk of which will go toward helping Eatin’ Vegan evolve into a self-sustaining series.
