Paid Internships
Want to learn about the world of print and digital media? VegNews is seeking editorial interns at our new downtown Santa Cruz offices. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the industry alongside experienced writers, editors, and media professionals who love what they do.

We expect hard work, enthusiasm, great ideas, and an interest in promoting plant-based living from our interns, and offer a host of benefits to ensure a fulfilling experience. This includes a monthly stipend, product sampling, complimentary event tickets, a wonderful work environment (a beautiful, modern office in Santa Cruz), advancement opportunities, ample snacks, and more. Most importantly, however, is the experience gained from working with a professional team to produce content for an award-winning magazine, website, and social media channels.

VegNews is currently accepting applications for the following positions:

Editorial Assistant (full-time)
Interested in becoming a writer or editor? This is the place to gain invaluable experience. Interns will read and pitch stories, field inquiries, participate in editorial meetings, research story ideas, copy edit, fact check, and have an opportunity to write for the magazine and digital properties.
